My Toddler Won't Nap

The best way to handle a toddler that will not nap is again to just develop a good routine. So try and pick the same time every day that is nap time. Although we can't force our child to fall asleep, we can provide an environment that is conducive for sleep. That would be a nice quiet room that is mostly dark. Then the best thing is try to keep your toddler in the room. Even if they won't fall asleep the best thing to do is expect that they will stay in their room for a quiet time for a designated amount of time.
