Event Details

​ Youth with visual impairments and their families are invited to Camp Abilities Nebraska Recreation Day. This event will feature adaptive sports for children with vision loss, including beep baseball, golf and yoga. Instruction will be provided by sports specialists to promote inclusion in accessible activities for the entire family.

  • Who: Youth with vision loss ages 7-19 and their families
  • When: Saturday, June 24 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • Where: Skip Palrang Memorial Fieldhouse, 122 Heroes Blvd, Parking is south of the Fieldhouse
  • What: A fun morning filled with adaptive sports for children with vision loss and their families. Lunch, snack and reusable water bottle provided to all participants. For those with diet or food restrictions, we ask that you bring a prepared lunch that will meet your dietary requirements.

​Registration open until June 2. Register by May 26 for a free t-shirt.
